Rooms and Suites Terms & Conditions
- All room rates are subject to 10% Service Charge, 7% Dubai Municipality Fee and, 5% Value Added Tax is applicable
- A Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per bedroom per night is applicable and will be collected upon check-out
- Offer is subject to availability.
- Offer valid via Arabian Boutique Hotel website and Direct Booking to the Hotel
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount
- Rooms, special rates and special requests are all subject to availability
- All hotel guests will be required to provide a valid passport or UAE Emirates ID upon check-in
- Check-in Time: 2 PM and Check-out Time: 11 AM
- Early Check-In and Late Check-out is subject to availability and additional fees will be applied
Cancellation Policy
Rooms and Suites
- Booking Deposit Policy: A deposit is not required as long as a valid credit card is provided. A pre-authorization will be taken in the credit card provided upon booking. For advance purchase offers, full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Terms and conditions may apply depending on date of arrival, booking conditions, and special promotions.
- Incidental Deposit Policy: Upon check-in, an AED 500 credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit per day is required for incidentals, in addition to the room charges.
- Calendar Pricing – Pricing displayed on the calendar is based on a one-night stay. Prices may differ for longer stays.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees may apply based on the Terms and conditions depending on date of arrival, booking conditions and special promotions.
- Advance Purchase Rates / Non-Refundable: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking and is non-changeable and non-refundable.
- No Show: One night room charge will be charged or 100% of the total booking will be charged in all seasons depending on date of arrival, booking conditions, and special promotions,
- Early Departure: 100% of the total period booked will be charged in all seasons.
